Les Pr\u00e9sidents des deux universit\u00e9s publiques ont salu\u00e9 la pertinence et l\u2019ambition du projet port\u00e9 par la HAPLUCIA, tout en f\u00e9licitant le Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019institution et l\u2019ensemble de ses membres pour leur engagement constant en faveur de la promotion de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et de la bonne gouvernance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
